Failed To Load Msxmlsqldll Sql Server 2008 R2
I found enough information about this problem on servers running SQL2005 on WinServer 2000 or 2003, but I run 2 servers MS SQL 2008 Express with Advanced Featuers (installed as a default instance) and MS SQL 2008 R2 Developer Edition on the same machine Windows 2008 SP2.

I am seeing this in several situations and it is intermittent in our web based application connecting to SQL 2008 R2 serve back end. Users are coming across a point 2 point connection and seeing this on and off. Thought it was bandwidth issues until I started seeing it on terminal servers that are on the same core switch as this SQL server. I have checked remote connection enabled, Port 1433 is set correctly in Configuration for TCP/IP and the only thing I see that could be a cause is the timeout setting is set to 100000 in the remote connections rather than unlimited.
After fighting with WSUS for a while, and getting frustrated that I couldn't seem to make it through a simple operation without it crashing the server node, I decided to just uninstall and reinstall WSUS. This was an option I was avoiding, simply because I never have much luck with those simple-sounding solutions. And indeed, my uninstall/reinstall turned out to be a #@!%*@# nightmare. On one server, it uninstalled successfully, but it refuses to reinstall. -Tells me something is wrong with the installer. -I downloaded a new installer (originally I was using Server Manager to just add/remove the role), but the other installer from MS failed just the same. My other server, it won't even uninstall.
